Fed: Please don't call your child Anzac: RSL
The RSL has asked new parents to reconsider before naming their children Anzac.
The request follows the decision by couple GAYLENE GEORGE and REIMANA PIRIKA, of Caroline
Springs in Melbourne's outer west, to do just that.
But RSL Victorian president Major-General DAVID MCLACHLAN says he won't take up a federal
government offer to look into ways to stop Anzac being used as a name.
